Reserve today without any money down, any obligation or any cancellation penalty...

We know that many families and groups have trouble getting everyone's schedules together and we don't want you to lose an opportunity to rent one of our properties, so we offer a 'no obligation' reservation policy.  Here's how it works:  you request a property and we will send you a lease and hold your reservation for up to 10 days, without any obligation on your part.  If you return the signed lease by the end of the 10 day period, with a deposit, your reservation is confirmed, otherwise, if we don't hear from you, we just cancel the reservation, without any penalty to you.  (and, if you need more time, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs)  This way, you know that you can take the time you need to resolve any schedule conflicts and get everyone confirmed in your group.

• The Ocean Victorian, 8 bedroom elegance just 3 houses from the beach (sleeps 16)

• Majesty By The Sea, 6 bedroom oceanfront (sleeps 14)

• The Ship's Landing, 5 bedrooms, 2 blocks from the beach (sleeps 16)

In Wildwood

• The Beach Place, 2 of these houses are available

  • Each House has 5 bedrooms, 1 block from the beach and each sleeps 12 people

  • The houses are 'side-by-side'.  Rent one or both!  (when both are rented, the privacy wall is opened for easy access to both houses!g

No bookings are guaranteed until you have signed a lease, paid a deposit and have received a signed copy of the lease from the property owner.
