 Future Rentals

MaryHouse.com properties are available throughout the year for short term rental.  Reservations are made days to a year (or more) in advance.  We hope that you will consider booking a reservation with us.

Priority Reservations

We give priority to returning guests.  Many of our properties book quickly since guests tend to repeat their rentals year after year. 

If you want a reservation that is more than a year in advance, depending upon the time of year, we may not be able to confirm the reservation immediately.  If the dates you choose for a future year are booked this year by a tenant who is likely to repeat their rental, we need to check with them first.

How does the process work?

Especially for summer rental, this future-rental process is a good 'no obligation'  way to request a popular rental period.  

The way it works is that priority goes to current year tenants who indicate they want to rent the same period next year.  If they don't do this, then I go to my list of anyone who has requested the 'future rental' and let them know the status.  If the person who requested the rental wants it, I confirm it then but no money or lease is sent (or required) until the Fall (for the next year's rentals).  You are under no obligation to actually rent until you sign a lease.
