The Ship's Landing

This lovely home, built in 1878, was renamed this year. During a major project to lift and straighten the floors, our contractor discovered that the original structural beams under the house came from an old ship! We are researching now to try to get the name of the ship, but in the meantime we have renamed our 'Beach Cottage on Grant Street' to "The Ship's Landing". If you stay in the house, you will find this story in the Information Book that is provided in the house when you arrive!
