Improvements Now Underway

We are continually improving our properties.  If you are a returning guest, you will enjoy the upgrades and changes we have made each year.  Many of the upgrades are being made in response to the comments our guests have made on the comment sheets we ask tenants to complete during their stays. 

As a standard practice, each Spring we replace all heater/air conditioning filters, bedpads, pillows and shower curtain liners.  We also have a professional 'Spring Cleaning' service completed on each property (in addition to the use of a professional cleaning service between each tenant's stay).  We continually inspect the properties and replace heat/air filters and shower curtain liners periodically throughout the year.  

Though we cannot guarantee completion of the planned improvements, many of the things listed below are already underway.  Winter and early-Spring guests get to enjoy many improvements since we work between weekend and short-term stays.  We are working to complete all that we intend to have done, and hope that you appreciate our dedication to you and our intent to provide the best vacation properties for your enjoyment! 

In Cape May...

GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS:  free wireless high speed internet available in all properties; full digital cable (400+ channels, including on-demand) at all properties

The Maryland Mey, 1312 Maryland Avenue

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• Improved sound system (indoor/outdoor surround sound, iPod connection)
• Additional TV's and DVD's in bedrooms
• Beach supplies will be provided with the house
• Upgraded outdoor furnishings
• Improved Landscaping
• New/additional kitchen supplies

The Jersey Lady, 1409 New Jersey Avenue

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• Sound System Improvements (indoor/outdoor speakers, surround sound, iPod connection)
• Fresh paint throughout the interior (new, fresh colors!)
• Additional TV's and DVD's in bedrooms
• New LCD flat screen TV in family room (above fireplace)
• New (replaced or additional) kitchen supplies and appliances
• Additional books and games for your enjoyment
• Wet bar in game room (with sink and refrigerator/freezer)
• Beach supplies will be provided with the house

Majesty By The Sea:  1228 New Jersey Avenue

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• Large Flat Screen installation with DVD in Living Room
• New (replaced or additional) kitchen supplies and appliances
• A new library of books for your enjoyment
• New bedspreads throughout
• New deck furnishings for outside dining area and front porch
• Beach supplies will be provided with the house

The Ship's Landing:  211 Grant Street

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• Replace porch and backyard furnishings

• Additional TV's

• New kitchen supplies

• New landscaping in front and back yards

• New bedding

• Beach supplies will be provided with the house

The Ocean Victorian:  25 Ocean Street

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• Upgraded awnings on front porch

• Secure, wireless high-speed internet

• Improved sound system (CD's, iPod connections, etc.)

• Upgraded kitchen supplies

• New furnishings in some rooms

• Interior painting

• Upgraded TV's and DVD's in some of the rooms

• Beach supplies will be provided with the house

The Pink Angel:  911 Stockton Avenue

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• New furnishings in bedrooms

• New refrigerator with front ice/water in kitchen, plus an additional full-size refrigerator in the family room 

• Additional TV's and DVD's in bedrooms

• New Gas Grill

• New area rugs (on newly refinished hardwood floors)

• New decoration/wall papering/painting in several rooms

• New porch furnishings and backyard furnishings

• Beach supplies will be provided with the house

In Wildwood

The Beach Place, 314A and 314B East Maple Avenue  (2 5-bedroom houses)

By Spring, we expect to complete the following improvements:

• New bedspreads and dust ruffles

• Wireless high speed internet

• New window treatments on sliding doors

• New deck furniture

• New and upgraded kitchen supplies

• Additional TV's and DVD's in the bedrooms

• Beach supplies will be provided with the house
