TWO of these  new townhouses (built late 2003) are available.  Each offers lots of space and a great location, as well as an IN-GROUND POOL that is shared by the townhouse community (13 houses).

Unit 113 (top left) is an end unit on quiet Delaware Avenue, near the harbor and Nature Center.  Unit 104 (top right) is a center unit, also on a quiet street (Missouri Ave) with distant views of the harbor and just down the street from the Fisherman's Memorial park and beach.
